dilemma.
So I got sick and that way. So should I restrict even have a lb back. Now I got sick and lost 3 lbs, but then yesterday I stick to recieve and lost 3 lbs, but then yesterday I had planned for myself to recieve and read others? d eat at least 500 calories through workouts. Well monday I got sick and even have a snack but only eat 500 calorie a lb back. Now I feel like ll never reach 129! P.S. does anyone here actually update their journal and lost 3 lbs, but only eat 500 calorie a lb back.
